We are your guide to the best acne products on the market. In the past decade, consumers have spent millions of dollars on acne products. But, we have found very few third party sources that attempt to evaluate this massive market.

Our mission is to help consumers make an informed decision on which product would perform the best for them by evaluating 5 of the top acne fighting systems.

Every year Acne-Answers presents the distinction of Best Acne Treatment System to one product that earns our highest ratings.

The 2007 award goes to:  DEEP Acne System

Our Final Conclusions

We feel the DEEP acne system is the best based on these factors.

1. No auto-ship or membership is required like most others acne systems.

2. It is made in a FDA approved lab.

3. The face wash left our face feeling smooth, cool, and oil free.

4. DEEP is the only system to feature a Triclosan formula in the spot treatment.

5. We found the supplement that DEEP includes to be a key element to having clear skin which most products don't have.

We liked acnezine because it comes with a dietary supplement similar to the DEEP supplement. The cream is good, if it were made with an ingredient other than peroxide it would be better.

We also like the six month guarantee which is the best of all products.

Zenmed is a great system. The supplement is very affective in regulating you body and clearing acne from the inside. The spot treatment is made up of quality ingredients.

The facial cleanser does not have any active ingredients to eliminate the oil and bacteria fully.

We also believe that Zenmed is overpriced at around one hundred dollars for each package. It is possible to find a better priced system that is just as sufficient.

Murad is an average acne system. The face wash and spot treatment's active ingredient are the same.

What we did not like about the system is the lotion. It seems to be a simple lotion to hydrate your skin, which you can find at any drug store for cheaper.

We also do not like when you are required to sign up for the auto-shipment each month.

Proactiv is the most popular because they spend millions each year in celebrity endorsements, not because their products are better than others.

The facial cleanser is made with Benzoyl Peroxide. This will leave your skin feeling itchy and dry.

Proactiv is notorious for requiring you to sign up for auto-ship each month.

We would rather go with another system even if Jessica Simpson does not claim to use it.
